6-position dial:
The first station is for loading and unloading.
The second station is for screwing and checking the screwing with a vision system.
The third station is for placing parts.
The fourth station is Heat Stake.
The fifth station is for verifying heights with a vision system.
The sixth station is Pick & Place for bad parts.
Screw Driver
A parts screwing station that uses a vision system to verify the distance that should exist between the screwed parts.
Laser Marker Station
The station reads two datamatrix codes with a scanner and then sends them to the laser marker to mark them on the part in a new datamatrix and verify it with another scanner.
Station 10-20
3 servo press station for assembling parts, checking heights with a profilometer and LVDT.

Thermometer Tester
The machine is composed of two motor-controlled elevators where the product for testing is stored, two stations where the thermometers are lifted to the test nests with X and Z axes controlled by servo motors and a conveyor that transports them between stations.
Gasoline Pump Tester
Stations that test gasoline pumps. The tests they perform are:
Component verification using vision sensors.
Determine the current consumption when turning on the pump.
Check the resistance at various height points on the arm.
Pump leak test.
Hipot Test
Dial where high voltage spark plug wires are tested. The tests performed are:
Measuring the resistance of spark plugs.
Current measurement by means of high voltage controlled by a Hipot.
Laser marking on the tips of the spark plugs.
Power Module Tester
Dial where high voltage spark plug wires are tested. The tests performed are:
Measuring the resistance of spark plugs.
Current measurement by means of high voltage controlled by a Hipot.
